When I downloaded this design it did not download in the PES format. I have emailed you to find out how to correct this and tried to re-download but only one option is available, but have not had a response from you. I would love to use it and review but I'm not willing to use a questionable file. This is the first problem I've ever had with your designs. Still a devoted customer but need to clear this up.
