Description
Make the new "Sunday's Best" dress for our Holly Doll! The dress is lined partially where the arm holes and neck are. So no more raw edges to your dresses made in the hoop! Simply Mixing up fabrics, notions and trims can give you all sorts of looks with the in the hoop made dress. Hemming the skirt is done on your sewing machine or you can use hem tape as an alternative so that there is no sewing. Sewing Machine templates included if you prefer to sew on your sewing machine. Just stitch those out and then cut them out to use to cut your fabrics by hand.
Supplies:
Fabric- you can use anything you want. Knits are easier to work with- a 1/4 yard (not a fat quarter)
Nylon Chiffon-this is optional to add inner ruffle
Lace for the arm holes-this is optional
Clover Fusible Gathering Tape, this is a fusible 1/2" wide tape that has blue threads in it, you iron it to the fabric and pull the blue strings to instantly gather fabric for the skirt of the dress

Velcro
Steam a Seam 1/2" wide TAPE not the sheets but the hem tape. Or Any iron on hem tape
