If someone purchased a giftcertificate for you through paypal on our old website prior to Feb 4th 2016, DO NOT use the gift certificate box on the checkout page to redeem it. The gift certificate box on our checkout is only for new gift certificates issues on our new website.
Your gift certificate from the old website is not lost. Please contact us to request that a store credit be added to your account. When you contact us, please provide the name and email of the purchaser of the gift certifcate. This information is needed to research the history of the original gift certificate balance.
If you have a gift certificate that was issued to you after February 4th 2016, you should use the 'gift certificate' box on our ckeckout page to redeem it.
