Our refund/return policy is contingent on several factors. Since our products are digital products only, there is nothing to ship back to us. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase at Planet Applique. In the case of a refund on a design, we process the refund back to the original form of payment within a reasonable time frame. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to return back to your original form of payment. Most refunds will post back to your account within 3 business days, but we like to allow more time for processing with international customers or various banking centers. If you are seeking a refund beyond 60 days, a store credit will be issued instead, because we aren't able to access the refund option on older orders.
