When Will My Order Ship?

Our products are digital items only, not physical, therefore, there is nothing to ship. Upon completing a purchase, you will be able to download your purchase from either your account, or via email.

 

What Formats Do You Offer?

We offer a variety of formats.  ART  DST  EXP  HUS  JEF  PES  SEW  VIP  XXX and BX on embroidery fonts.  The French Script, Abigail Font, and the Juliet Lettering Font does not have the BX format.  New Designs going forward will contain the VP3 format.  VP3 Format is avialable upon request if you require it.

 

I Can't Login!

Our new website reset all customer passwords on February 2016. Password could not be imported from one platform to another for security reasons. Before ordering, all customers will need to reset their password. On the login form, just click on 'Forgot Your Password' link and fill out your email to get the reset email. If you would like to see a DETAILED walkthrough for resetting your password, please read it here.  You can also contact us if you need help figuring out what email you set up your account under.

 

 Am I Buying Iron On's or a T-Shirt?

No, Planet Applique sells digital downloads only.  There are no patches or garments being sold. If you made a purchase in error misunderstanding the nature of our products, you can request a return on your order. A member of our staff will review your request and take action.

 

Do You Do Custom Work?

We do not offer custom applique designs at this time.

 

Do My Downloads Expire?

No, your downloads do not expire. We do however highly recommend that you download your purchases within a reasonable time frame and save them to your computer. Its also a smart practice to sign up for a free DROPBOX account. It will allow you a safe place to store your embroidery files should your computer crash.

 

Can I Sell My Handmade Goods?

Yes.  You may sell garments, blankets, bags, etc that you have decorated using a Planet Applique design you purchased. You can sell iron on patches you made using our designs.  You just cannot sell our applique design files as your own.  You also cannot sell things you have PRINTED using our stock photos. Feel free, however, to print your own catalog for record keeping or to show to your customers for custom order purposes.

How Do I Get Freebies and Promotional Free with Purchase Designs?

Free appliques are located on our website and each free design will have a DIRECT DOWNLOAD on its page. You can download free appliques available in our Free Appliques section without ordering.

If there is an alphabet you want to earn for free with your purchase, simply add other appliques you want to purchase to your cart and the freebies will automatically be added to your shopping cart with a price of 0.00.  If you remove an item from your cart, and your subtotal drops below the required purchase amount, your freebie/s will be automatically removed from your order.

 

Where Are My Old Orders?

Planet Applique was moved a newer ecommerce platform in February of 2016.  If you have been a customer with us before then, you can access your old orders on our website!  It will require your old login, but you will be able to access all of your purchased designs easily through this server. Your old purchases aren't going anywhere, we just werent able to import old orders due to the structure of the old shopping cart versus the new one.

 

Where is the 'Already Purchased This Applique' Warning?

When we moved over to a new shopping cart, we lost this functionality. We have, however, already applied for a developer license so that we can author an app for the new shopping cart.  The code is simple and easy to implement, so once our developer account is approved we will begin writing the app to bring this feature back for our customers.

 

Unable To Purchase

Please log out of your account, and then login again. Often times, when there is a problem with checking out, it involves a small typo in the billing info/address. If this information is different than the information that is associated with your Paypal account, our website has a security feature that will not allow completion. This feature is to prevent unauthorized transactions. Please double check the information, and try to check out again. Another possibility, would be that the box below our Terms of Use has not been selected. If you do not check the box showing that you agree to the terms, your transaction will not complete.
